Formal definition
Σ enemy blind duration from the player's flashes ÷ rounds played.

Percentile interpretation
High output with low teammate-blind time marks elite flashers.
Confidence = source confidence × model confidence. Values from baseline models are capped at 0.7. Below-minimum samples display the value grayed out with no percentile.
Example
Two flashes blind three enemies for 1.4s, 1.1s, 0.8s in a round → 3.3s.
