Flash Assists per Round

FA/rCS2v0.1.0 · experimental · validated 2026-07-16

Computed · experimental. Values are computed, but the definition or model may still change.

What it measures

Flashes that directly enabled a teammate's kill, per round.

Formal definition

Kill events where the victim was blinded by this player's flash at kill time ÷ rounds played.

Inputs

  • flash-effect events
  • kill events

Exclusions

None beyond the standard confidence floor.

Sample & population

Percentile interpretation

Support players should live at high percentiles.

Confidence = source confidence × model confidence. Values from baseline models are capped at 0.7. Below-minimum samples display the value grayed out with no percentile.

Example

Pop-flash blinds the anchor; teammate converts → one flash assist.

Known limitations

  • Credits only converted blinds; deterrence value is not measured
  • Requires the source to name the flash's owner on the kill event — sources that do not record it produce a flat zero rather than a gap
