What it measures

Round-rate value of utility that affects enemies: blind seconds, enemies revealed or displaced, and damage from abilities.

Formal definition

Per round: 0.35 × enemy-affected seconds + 0.4 × enemies-affected count + 0.01 × ability damage. Weights versioned here; ultimates weighted 1.5×.

Percentile interpretation

Initiators/controllers naturally rank higher; use agent-adjusted view.

Confidence = source confidence × model confidence. Values from baseline models are capped at 0.7. Below-minimum samples display the value grayed out with no percentile.

Example

Breach flash affects two defenders for 1.2s each on execute → +0.84 + 0.8.

Known limitations

  • Information value of recon is approximated by affected counts in v0
  • Requires replay/recording-derived ability events; official API does not expose per-cast effects for pro matches
